Yoshida & Co. has been manufacturing bags with a commitment to ‘Japan Made’ ever since its establishment in 1951. Porter, branded in 1962, is the main brand of Yoshida & Co Ltd. The name of the brand is taken from a ‘porter’ who carries bags in a hotel.

Porter Flex is a packable series made of nylon ripstop fabric. Foldable and light, the Flex 2Way Duffle Bag is suitable for everyday use, travel and outdoor activities.
Nylon ripstop fabric aka parachute cloth is used, which has a ripstop effect from its plaid pattern woven with a thick nylon yarn. Since it prevents a hole from being expanded further, the fabric is commonly used for military ponchos and outdoor clothing. Retroreflective fabric is used for the PORTER name tag.
